Client Health Assessments
On your first session with your trainer you will go through an array of health tests. That way from the very beginning we can see where you are and we can track where you need to be for optimum health and fitness.
Your initial and monthly health tests include:
- Body Fat Testing (Biosignature)
- Blood Pressure
- Muscle Imbalance & core stability
- Osmosis (hydration)
- 'Before' and 'after' photography (optional)
