In my experience of teaching Crossfit as a Personal Trainer, I have seen vast improvements in my clients in ALL aspects of their health and fitness. I have attended specialised training courses in Crossfit, Kettlebells and nutrition to be able to guide my clients to their goals and give them up-to-date honest advice. I enjoy being able to teach a wide variety of training including Olympic Lifting, Kettlebells, Running and much more. I have a real passion for seeing people achieve so, no matter what fitness level you think you are, I’d love the opportunity to help you get to where you want to be. You will surprise yourself with how much you can and will achieve with a little hard work.
In my own training I have always been interested in Strength and conditioning, but felt inadequate in any cardiovasuclar or fast-moving actions such a running, circuits, and Olympic lifting. I took to CrossFit as it made me better in all aspects of what I originally felt impossible but, more importantly, gave me a sense of competition, both with others and myself. I have been a 'CrossFitter' for over a year now, and my next goal is the London Throwdown and then the 2013 Crossfit Games!

Session Prices
- Per hour £45
- Per hour if more than 1 session per week £37.50
- Per half hour (ideal for abs or weight sessions) £25
- Per hour for group training (up to 4 people per class) £60
