Services we provide:
- Initial assessment (45mins - £45)
- Thorough examination of your condition, both verbal questioning and a physical examination
- Full explanation of the problem and a discussion about the management which will be tailored to your lifestyle enabling YOU to reach YOUR goals
- Initial treatment and a specific exercise programme
- If we feel physiotherapy isn't the best option for you, we will advise you of the best course of action and reduce the initial assessment by £10
- Follow-up treatment (30mins - £40)
- It is quite normal for physiotherapy treatments to be conducted over a number of sessions, with a progression of the management over this time

Ben is an experienced musculoskeletal physiotherapist who has worked extensively in the NHS and for England athletics with athletes of all ages and levels. Having previously completed a sports science degree, then a physiotherapy degree he is now studying for a masters in advanced musculoskeletal physiotherapy. He has a special interest in the effects of biomechanics and movement dysfunction on pain and how this can be treated for the likes of both you, me and the elite athlete.
Ben previously competed internationally at badminton until his early twenties and now competes in endurance events such as mountain marathons and cycling from lands end to John O’Groats but enjoys all sports!
Pippa Hansford BSc (Hons), MCSP

Pippa graduated from the University of East Anglia in 2006 with a first class honours degree. Since qualifying Pippa has extensive NHS experience, including working as a specialist paediatric physiotherapist for two years in London before specialising in musculoskeletal physiotherapy as a senior clinician. Pippa also spent five seasons working as the Head Physiotherapist for Sevenoaks Rugby Club. As a result of her experience she continues to have a keen clinical interest in treating sports injuries and paediatric problems.
Pippa has previously played competitive hockey to a regional level and enjoyed regional success at mid distance running. Presently in her spare time Pippa is busy planning her forthcoming wedding and enjoys keeping fit. Pippa also has a new found love of skiing and acknowledges that she may well need to utilise the expertise of her business partner in the future.
